Sue and I are current residents of Belize originally from Phoenix, Arizona and San Antonio, Texas. We are residing in the country, in Cayo, and are thoroughly enjoying our independent lifestyle. We generally enjoy ourselves out in Cayo where we are on a ‘permanent’ retiree vacation. Our investment here is an income opportunity in one of this hemisphere’s most desirable markets. We have children we visit with once or twice a year. We occasionally use our condo for a short ‘beach’ vacation.

After doing some research on ECI Development, we decided to go to Belize and check out Grand Baymen last year. We were very impressed and decided to purchase a unit in the soon to be built Building D. When construction was completed, we were excited to return and bring our best friends Scott and Jennifer. We had so much fun meeting our new neighbors at the Building D Open House at Grand Baymen. Our new condo is very well built and comfortable. Thanks John Morgan and crew! We’re very pleased with ECI and Grand Baymen and are excited to see the progress happening during our next visit. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to invest in property in Belize and we couldn’t have picked a better company to do that with!
