The return end to the beach will be next. The pipe you see in the photo is the extension of the road drain to outside our seawall.

The exterior plaster is almost finished - columns remain and will be smoothed and finished. The appliances are arriving on the island next week and will be installed shortly thereafter. We are getting closer to completion every day!

The rains have been coming down hard but we have continued to push forward. This week we finished the plaster on the 2nd floor interiors and have started the paint on the 1st floor interiors. The first coat plaster on the exterior is complete. We have also installed floor tiles in (4) of the 1st floor units. As you can see in the pictures we installed the curbing along the roadway to the back of Building C which provides a curb stop for parking for the building.
As soon as we have finished the exterior work on D we will lay down a layer of hardcore material to raise the road and continue the road/curb along the perimeter of the property and out to Princess Drive. This will provide a 2nd entrance to the property. The windows are at the port in Belize City and will be delivered next week. The crews continue to work hard toward the finish.
