Mary and I want to thank you for such a wonderful experience in Belize! We felt right at home right off the bat. We appreciate your hospitality and helping us get acquainted with San Pedro and Ambergris Caye. Spending time with you was a highlight of our trip. We think of you often. Carbondale, Illinois |

Hi Ann, It was great to meet you and Mike. Thank you again for introducing us to the Baymen Garden property and the island of Ambergris Caye. I was thinking it would be lovely to have you as neighbours! I have a lot of things to consider. Please let me know if you ever do get a chance to come this way, or London, England, for that matter... we'd both love to see you again. All our best to you and Mike. Take care, Toronto, Canada and London, England |

Not bad when you can leave 20 degree weather at 6 am and by 1 pm be in 80 degrees and sunshine. It’s great having the sun and warmth but more important is the friendliness you find in Belize a country just south of the U.S. The Belize people are some of the friendliest people you will meet and the official language is English including news papers, maps and signs, so getting around is very easy. This may be a third world country but the location, easy to get here, the climate, beautiful blue... Miami, FL |

To Grand Baymen Website Readers: Have you ever decided to try a organized corporate real estate weekend....you know the kind I mean .... you are invited to attend a resort for sale in a new province, (state), country or at a new lake, at a greatly reduced price for a few days, with only your agreement to spend a few hours viewing the property, listening to the corporate story and enjoying a short tour? I recently experienced this type of weekend with an entirely new slant. At... Ontario, Canada |

I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that our experience at The Chill Weekend, February 5th-7th, (2010), presented by Ann Kuffner was a wonderful and informative experience. Ann was an excellent hostess, she managed to make our experience very personal and saw to it that our needs were met. She was a fountain of information and offered answers to all questions presented to her. She was a great tour guide, making sure we saw the island, the future site of the project with all... My wife and I visited Ambergris Caye in August of 2009. We found this caye to be an awesome jewel in the ocean. Friendly folks, great little town. We purchased a condo at Grand Bayman, our home away from home. Virginia Beach, Virginia |

We had heard of Belize and the fact that it had the second largest barrier reef in the world but really had no clue where it was exactly. So, when we received the invitation to attend the January 2010 Grand Baymen Belize Chill Weekend, we could not turn it down. With the anticipation of fun in the sun we packed plenty of t-shirts, shorts, sandals and snorkeling gear. Ann had provided excellent instructions on getting to the Exotic Caye Beach Resort on Ambergris Caye and we had no... Alameda, California |

My husband Ed and I visited Ambergris Caye a little more than a year ago. At that time we never dreamed that that beautiful Caye would be our new permanent home! At age 73 (almost) we examine all of our decisions with the greatest of care and tread carefully into new horizons. November of 2011 was our last visit and by that time, with the help of Ann and Mike we knew that Ambergris Caye was the community we both wanted. |

What brought me to Belize and more specifically to the Baymen Garden Condominiums? A year ago I lost my wife after a 7 month battle with gall bladder cancer. I took an early retirement to maximize our time together and care for her. Financially the timing couldn't have been worse. The recession and medical bills vaporized a large portion of my retirement funds. The unemployment situation made getting back into the workforce an unlikely option. And, to add insult to injury, the real estate... Las Vegas, Nevada |
