During the last few years Belize has become one of the top travel and ecotourism destinations in the Western Hemisphere. As a result, San Pedro Town has been experiencing progressive growth for many years. This sustained growth has spawned many new developments in the market, offering buyers and investors a broad range of units, locations, and price ranges to choose from. But, the prices have also doubled in the last few years. Many of the condominium units built today offer upgraded materials and are larger than their earlier counterparts. These improvements have come with significant price increases that are leaving many first time buyers and investors out of the market.
